ODS is committed to a global approach to respecting the confidentiality of the personal data entrusted to it in the context of its activity, including through the means of collection available from its website

ODS is committed to ensuring that the processing of personal data complies with the directives of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU.

Data gathering

Contact forms are available to our users on our website. In each case, the information collected through these forms is strictly minimized to the needs of understanding the requests and developing the responses corresponding to the services offered. The obligatory or optional character is indicated to you during the collection by an asterisk.

ODS collects and processes information of the type: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, connection data and browsing data.

We also perform audience and traffic measurements using Google Analytics. In order to best adapt the site to your needs, we measure the number of visits, the number of page views as well as the activity of visitors to the site and their frequency of visit.

We also collect IP addresses, in order to determine the cities from which our visitors connect. These are anonymized after use, therefore we cannot trace this to a natural person.

ODS does not collect sensitive personal data.

Data processing

The nature of the processing reserved for the data collected from the site is explicitly formulated on each collection page.

The information communicated is not subject to any other processing apart from that indicated on the collection page of the corresponding form. ODS does not carry out any automated processing or profiling from the data entrusted to it.

ODS does not subcontract the processing of the personal data entrusted to it.

Data retention period

The personal data collected from the site are kept for the time necessary to process your request.

Personal data is erased from our storage media no later than 12 months after the date on which it was transmitted to us.

Data sharing

The personal data transmitted to us via the website is used exclusively by the various departments of ODS. They are not subject to any transfer to third parties or use for other purposes.


A request for consent is associated with each page or form of the site, likely to collect personal data. This request for consent is materialized by an approval button qualified as an opt-in. All requests for consent are accompanied by a statement that informs that the user certifies to be of legal age, and specifies the objectives of the data collection, the intended use, as well as the retention period of the information transmitted.

By activating the approval button (opt-in) of one of these forms, the user consents by this unambiguous gesture, in a free and informed manner, to communicate his information for a use strictly limited to the corresponding informative mention. .

He is also warned, and the means are given to him on this same page, that he can at any time resume his consent, which would result in the deletion of his personal data by subtracting them from the processing for which they were originally intended.

Users are also informed that if the approval buttons (opt-in) are not activated, no consent will be recorded and no personal data will be transmitted.


The site only uses technical cookies, which are useful for operation, and statistical cookies, which make it possible to evaluate the performance of the site. No cookie, geolocation, profiling, advertising or from third parties, is installed on the user’s browser software during his session.


ODS, through its website, and more particularly vis-à-vis the personal data entrusted to it by its users, is very vigilant about the application of security.

The data flows that pass from the users’ browsers to the server of the site are protected by encryption and secured by an SSL certificate. The CMS that propels and administers the content of the site, is the subject of continuous corrective and evolutionary maintenance, to guarantee any flaw or security problem. Finally, the data center and the server on which the ODS site is hosted benefit from the best physical and software protection, permanent surveillance and monitoring. Users are informed that despite all the reasonable security measures implemented, ODS cannot rule out the possibility of a malicious intrusion on its server which could not have been thwarted. If this hypothesis were proven, ODS undertakes to notify the competent authorities within a maximum of 72 hours after estimating the damage resulting from the intrusion, in particular if the violation of personal data was established.

Exercise of rights

In the context of transparency and the procedures for exercising the rights of the person concerned, users of, who communicate or have communicated personal information to us, are informed that at any time they can exercise their rights to the personal data concerning them, held by ODS.

To this end, we provide them with the “Exercise your rights” page on this site. From this page, it is possible to make a request for:

  • Withdraw their consent, thus asserting their right to limit processing.
  • Request the erasure of their personal data, thus asserting their right to be forgotten.
  • Request the rectification of their personal data, allowing an anomaly to be corrected.
  • Request the portability of your data.

As part of this procedure, users are invited to provide us with the information necessary to reconcile them with their stored personal data. Their requests are executed at the end of the process of verifying their identity, to which they are invited.
